Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it:

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sellkitt.ae@gmail.com so that we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item first. Once your return has been approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason or justification.
The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
